A 5" fused and slumped heart-shaped dish filled with smaller fused Valentine hearts. The small pieces are made from Wasser precut hearts. They are made to look like traditional candy Valentine hearts with handwritten messages that are added using a gold ceramic pen.

Leaves and Berries Kiln-Formed Bracelets

Methods for using powdered frit to create designs for kiln-formed bracelets. Two different designs are offered for these bracelets, which are created in a mold and formed around a bracelet mandrel using graphite tongs. Tips are also shared for sizing and finishing techniques. Firing schedules are provided for the various steps that are required for construction.

Tips for decorating a purchased glass vase with nipped mirror and colored glass pieces. Instructions are given for using wheeled nippers to create mirror shards to make the snowflakes. Triangular and rectangular pieces of glass are glued on to fill in the background, and the project is then grouted and finished by applying grout sealant.
